Will Avenge The Death Of Our Soldier: LG Manoj Sinha – WATCH

Following the martyrdom of three top-ranked Army officers and one J&K police official in Baramulla encounter, Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha has said that the death of soldiers in the operation will be avenged and terrorists will be given a befitting response.  

Colonel Manpreet Singh, Major Ashish Dhonak, Deputty Superintendent of Jammu and Kashmir Police Humayun Bhat and a soldier were killed by Lashkar-e-Taiba terrorists on September 13.

“We have full faith in the bravery of our soldiers and I want to assure that every drop of blood will be avenged with interest. Those involved will be given a befitting reply and will have to pay a heavy price. The entire nation stands in solidarity with the Jawans. I have no doubt in my mind that the people of Jammu and Kashmir also want to be rid of terrorism,” LG Sinha said.

Meanwhile, encounter in Anantnag has entered in Day 6 as Indian security forces are trying to neutralise the hiding terrorists in Gadole forests in the Kokernag area of Anantnag. As per Indian Army, three terrorists have been killed in the Anantnag encounter.
