Celebrated leg-spinner Yuzvendra Chahal, who is currently playing for Rajasthan Royals in Indian Premier League has finally named his favourite captain.

Many would be hoping that Chahal had represented Virat Kohli-led Royal Challengers Bangalore for eight years and would name the dynamic RCB batter as his favourite captain, but he surprised everyone with his pick.

While speaking exclusively to Humans of Bombay, Chahal acknowledge the liberty to bowl he received from all the captain he played under – Rohit Sharma, MS Dhoni and Virat Kohli, but when it comes to IPL, Chahal named Sanju Samson as his favourite captain.

“Sanju is like MS Dhoni, he is so calm and composed. He hardly ever reacts.  The 10% growth which has happened in my bowling is due to Sanju,” Chahal said.
