WATCH: Johnny Bairstow Gets Dismissed In A Controversial Fashion on Day 5 of the Eng vs Aus, 2nd Ashes Test

Day 5 of the ongoing 2nd Ashes Test sparked massive controversy at the iconic Lord’s as England’s prolific batter Johnny Bairstow was given out that drew sharp reaction from the England cricket fans including cricket fraternity.

It was 52nd over of England’s 2nd innings, Johnny Bairstow ducked at a shot-pitched delivery from Cameron Green and the ball went straight to the wicket-keeper Alex Carey.

Anticipating a dead ball, Bairstow started to walk towards the non-striker end, but the keeper immediately collected the ball and made an underarm throw at the stumps, dislodging the bails.

After much deliberation, third-umpired adjudged Bairstow out and the Englishman had to take a hard walk towards the dressing room.
