WATCH: Indian official takes on Khalistan group tried to throw away Indian flag at Indian Commission
An Indian official who intervened in the matter and tried to rescue Indian flag from going down and stood against the Khalistani group was lauded by many on social media.
Indian High Commission in UK was attacked by pro-Khalistani group, that barged into the commission and tried to pull down the Indian flag. The video of the same was widely shared on social media and drew sharp reactions from close quarters.
Meanwhile, Activist Tehseenn Poonawala thailed the brave act by the Indian official as he called the official ‘brave.’
“This brave Indian High Commission official deserves all the accolades for bravely taking on the #Khalistani elements who tried to take down our Indian flag. Heartbreaking to see the terror attack on our High Commission in London. It needs to be taken up at the highest level!” Poonawala tweeted.
Earlier, India’s Ministry of External Affairs summoned top UK officials in India and instructed them to take stringest action against the fringe elements which caused mayhem at Indian commission.
