WATCH: Crude bombs hurled outside residence of Atiq Ahmed’s advocate, video goes viral

A crude bomb was reportedly hurled in the Gobar Gali area of Katra in Uttar Pradesh’s Prayagraj on Tuesday. The incident took place outside the residence of one of the advocates of recently murdered Atiq Ahmed.

However, no one is injured in the attack. Meanwhile, police has claimed that it was not a targeted attack and caused due to a rivalry between two groups.

Gangster-turned politician Atiq Ahmed and his brother Ashraf were shot dead at point-blank range by three men posing as journalists in the middle of media interaction on Saturday night while police personnel brought them to a medial college for a checkup.
