Ind vs WI: Virat Kohli Becomes First Batter To Hit Century In 500th International Match; 76th Overall – WATCH

Playing his 500th International match, Virat Kohli recorded yet another history as he smashed his 76th International century on Day 2 of the second Test against West Indies at the Queen’s Park Oval in Trinidad, on Friday, July 21.

Kohli came to the middle after Shubman Gill got dismissed and India was reduced to 153/2 on Day 1 of the Test match. While India lost quick four wickets, Kohli held the fort from one end and got much-needed assistance from Ravindra Jadeja.

While Kohli remained unbeaten at 87 by the end of Day 1, 34-year-old quickly completed his 76th International century and 29th in Test on Day 2. In his illustrious innings, Kohli smashed ten boundaries.
