Third Surgical Strike: Netizen slam Shehbaz Sharif over his ‘sincere talk’ request to PM Modi

Pakistan Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has called the Indian prime minister Narendra Modi on the table and requested the latter to have a ‘peace talk’ on the Kashmir issue.
While interacting with Dubai-based Arabic news channel Mr. Sharif stressed that both the neighbours have engaged in three wars and Pakistan has ‘learnt its lessons.’
The news came on the backdrop of Pakistan’s severe economic crisis in the country and the country is witnessing widespread protest against the establishment.
“We have three wars with India, and they have only brought more misery, poverty and unemployment to the people. We have learnt our lesson, and we want to live in peace with India, provided we are able to resolve our genuine problems,” Sharif said in an interview.
Meanwhile, Mr. Sharif’s statement invoked a lot of reaction on social media and many criticised the Pakistan Prime Minister for his repetitive stand despite sponsoring terrorism in his country. Check out the reaction.
