Srinagar: Carpenter chops off woman’s body into pieces, buries it at different locations in Kashmir

Srinagar: In yet another case of gruesome murder, a man brutally murdered a 30-year-old woman by chopping off her head and cutting the body into pieces and burying the part at different locations in Srinagar’s Budgam district.

According to reports, the accused, identified as Shabir Ahmed Wani, resident of Budgam, told police that he first killed the girl and then later, chopper her body parts into pieces. The accused is said to be a carpenter by profession.

“After cutting her body into pieces, he buried the body part at different locations in the neighbourhood,” police official said. On his disclosure, the body parts of the deceased have been recovered.

Furter investigation in the matter is underway.
