Six Killed After School Bus Travelling On Wrong Lane Hit SUV on Delhi-Meerut Expressway – Details Inside
In an unfortunate turn of development, a school bus collided head-on with an SUV on the Delhi-Meerut Expressway on Tuesday morning, killing six of a family member.
The school bus travelling on the wrong side of the expressway before it met with a deadly collision.
Deadly collision:
While six lost their lives, and two were severely injured. Reportedly, the accident happened around 6 A.M. in Ghaziabad. As per reports, the bus had halted at a CNG pump near the Ghazipur border and had since running on the wrong side of the expressway.
The police informed that the accused driver was arrested after the incident as he found to be in a complete fault.
The victims:
Reportedly the victim was travelling from Meerut to Gurugram and was crossing Vijay Nagar Chowk in Ghaziabad at the time of accident.
As per police the collision was so severe that bodies trapped in the front portion of the car and could only be extracted after a gas-cutter was used on the doors.
