Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli Likely To Skip 2023 Asian Games

If all the reports doing the rounds are to be believed then two modern day greats of Indian cricket – Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli – Are unlikely to make their presence in 2023 Asian Games.

Meanwhile, BCCI is most likely to send its B team as their main squad will be busy playing the most important tournament of the year – 2023 ODI World Cup, set to commence from October 5 in India.

BCCI are set to send the list of players to the Indian Olympic Association before June 30. Players like Sanju Samson, Ruturaj Gaikwad, Umran Malik and others will put a strong case for Team India in 2023 Asian Games.

Contrary, BCCI will send top Women’s team for the Continental Cup.

The continental showpiece is scheduled to take place in the Chinese city of Hangzhou from October 23 to October 8.
