Rapido Driver Masturabted Mid-Ride In Bengaluru; Held

Bengaluru Police on Saturday arrested a Rapido driver after a woman alleged that the driver masturbated mid-ride and sexually harassed her after dropping her off.

Taking to Twitter, woman, identified as Athira alleged that while she was returning home after taking part in a protest at Town Hall Bangalore, she had to go through a trauma as the rapido bike driver started masturbating while he was riding the bike.

In series of Twitter thread, she wrote;

“During the journey, we reached a remote area with no other vehicles around. Shockingly, the driver began riding with one hand and engaging in inappropriate behavior (Masturbating while riding the bike). Fearing for my safety, I remained silent throughout the ordeal.”

She further revealed that the driver stated messaging her on WhattsApp and harassed her before she blocked him. Check her Twitter thread here.
