Rahul Gandhi files appeal in Surat court against the conviction

Congress leader Rahul Gandhi’s legal team filed appeal in Surat Sessions Court challenging the verdict of the Chief Justice Magistrate. Mr. Gandhi has also filed two applications seeking ‘Stay on Conviction’ and ‘Suspension of Sentence.’

Hearing is likely at 3 PM.
