Poonch Terror Attack, Live Update: Six to seven terrorists present in Poonch district, extensive search operation underway

Six to seven Lashkar-e-Taiba terrorists present in Rajouri-Poonch district

Defence sources have claimed that there are six to seven Lashkar-e-Taiba terrorists, operating in two groups in the Rajouri-Poonch sector. 

ANI has reported that these terrorists are suspected to be associated with Lashkar-e-Taiba and are from Pakistan.

According to fresh report Amry Chief Gen. Manoj Pande briefed the situation to Defence Minister Rajnath SIngh, and informed about five martyres in an unfortunate attack.

At 3 PM on Thursday, one Army vehicle, moving between Bhimber Gali and Poonch in the Rajauri sector was fire on by unidentified terrorists, taking advantage of heavy rains and low visibility in the area, Army said.
