PM Modi To Host Virtual Summit; Pak PM Shehbaz Sharif, Vladimir Putin, XI Jipping Among Likely Attendees
Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi will host a virtual summit of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) on Tuesday – which is likely to be attended by Pakistan Prime Minnister Shehbaz Sharif, Russian President Vladimir Putin and Chinese President XI Jipping.
As per information, the summit is likely to begin at 12:30 PM and conclude around 3 PM. While as per the previous plans, the meeting was scheduled to take place in New Delhi in person but later it was shifted to a virtual one.
Earlier, the SCO Foreign Minister’s meeting took place in-person in Goa – which was also attended by Pakistan’s Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto Zardari. Chinese and Russian counterparts too attended the meeting.
