New Delhi: Day after month-old horrific incident of two women bein paraded naked and sexually assaulted in Manipur incident, Prime Minister Narendra Modi broken his silence and termed the incident ‘shameful.’

Ahead of the monsoon session, PM Modi said that the incident has shocked him and his heart is filled with pain and anger. “...I assure the nation, no guilty will be spared. Law will take its course with all its might. What happened with the daughters of Manipur can never be forgiven,” PM Modi said.
