Nora Fatehi Accuses Jacqueline Of 'Ruining Her Reputation'

Entertainment: Bollywood actress Nora Fatehi has told the Delhi court that fellow actor Jacqueline Fernandez has subjected her to ‘prolonged unnecessary investigation, harassment and cyber-bullying.’

“They have called me a gold digger and accused me of having a relationship with a con artist,” Nora Fatehi said.

Notably, Nora Fatehi has sued Jacqueline and some media organisation for defamation. In her statement before the court, Fatehi said;

“This defamation case has been filed against Jacqueline Fernandes and the various other channels and publications who have ruined my reputation in the public eye through false narratives,” she added.

Caused loss of work: Nora Fatehi

She further alleged that this has caused her loss of work opportunities, loss of reputation and mental health issues.

“I have been made a scapegoat in this case in the media, to safeguard certain people’s image, because I am the outside and I am alone in this country. I want damage for all damage done to my career and reputation which I’ve built relentlessly over the last 8 years,” Fatehi told the court.
