Star India Javelin thrower Neeraj Chopra does it again. Came and Conquered!

In the ongoing qualifying round for the World Athletic Championships 2023 in Hungary, Olympic medalist Neeraj Chopra made a remakrbale first attempt off 88.88m to qualify for the final of the championships.

After 88.77m throw, Neeraj Chopra climbed to second in the men’s Javelin world leaders this season. Neeraj trailed Tokyo Olympic silver medallist Jakub Vadlejch (89.1m). Notably, none of the athlete has broken the barrier of the 90m this year.

Neeraj Chopra also topped the Group A qualifying and only thrower to go past automatic qualifying mark of 83 metres.

Neeraj Qualifes For Paris Olympics 2024

With that effort, Neeraj Chopra also qualified for the Paris Olympics 2024 as he proudly edge past the qualification mark of 85.50m.
