My son will make Punjab drug-free: Amritpal Singh’s father
Punjab: Minutes after Amritpal Singh surrendered infront of Punjab police in Punjab’s Roda village, his father claimed that his son is fighting a war against drug menace in the state.
While speaking to the media, Tarsem Singh, Amritpal Singh’s father claimed that his son is on a greater mission and it must be carried forward.
“My son is a fighting a battle to curb the drug menace. We got the information from TV news and he was not in contact with his family. The pictures that have surfaced in the media are not clear. He still dons Sikh attire today. I am with everyone who were harassed by the Punjab police,” he said.
