Manipur Viral Video: Man Accused Of Parading Two Women Naked Held, Claims Manipur Police; Probe On

A day after a two-months old video of two women being paraded naked went viral on internet, Manipur police claimed that key accused has been arrested.

The accused identified as Heradas, 32 was arrested from Thoubal district after he was identified wearing a green shirt, through a viral video.

Meanwhile, Union Minister of Women and Child Development Smriti Irani took note of the matter and assured the justice will prevail. She also claimed that she spoke to Manipur CM and asked for fair probe in the matter.
