Selling Films To Bollywood: Pak Actress Mahira Khan Praises Malayalam Film Industry – WATCH

Pakistani actress Mahira Khan seems highly impressed with the Malayan film industry. In a recent viral video, Mahira can be heard praising Malayan directors for their exceptional craft and dedication towards their work.

She also revealed how Malayan filmmakers make lot of money by selling their films to Bollywood filmmakers.

“Have you watched Malayalam films? I am not talking about Telugu and Tamil films. You must. So they (Malayam film industry) makes more money selling those films to Bollywood, from what I have understood. But their cinema, app soch nahi sakte ki kya ideas hain aur kya direction, and the lighting, you will be surprised,” Mahira said.

She also disclosed that renowned film critic and interviewer Anupama Chopra had introduced her to Malayalam movies.
