Kylian Mabppe Is Probably Know To More People In India Than France: PM Modi

Prime Minister Narendra Modi in his historic address to the Indian diaspora in France made a special reference to French footballer Kylian Mbappe while highlighting how Indio-France relation has grown significantly.

“French football player Kylian Mbappe is a super hit among the youth in India. Mbappe is probably known to more people in India that in France,” PM Modi said while addressing the Indian diaspora. Watch the video here.

Mbappe, who plays for France is best known for his spectacular performance in last year’s FIFA 2022 in Qatar where he scored hattrick in the final clash against Lionel Messi-led Argentina.

However, Mbappe’s incredible performance was not enough for France as Messi guided Argentina to historic victory in penalty shootout. Notably, PM Modi is on a two-day visit to France on the invitation of French President Emmanuel Macron.
