Karan Johar shuts down rumours of making Dhadak 2 starring Siddhant Chaturvedi and Tripti Dimri

Entertainment: A day after speculations claimed that Karan Johan is working on the sequel of Dhadak-starring Siddhant Chaturvedi and Tripti Dimri, the renowned filmmaker shut down all the rumours with an Insta story.

Taking to Instagram stories on Tuesday, Karan Johar wrote, “To put this on the record and for all concerned we (Dharma Production) are NOT making a film with the title DHADAK 2 as is being reported in various articles.”

Meanwhile, Karan is gearing to make his comeback as director after seven years with Rocky Aur Rani KI Prem Kahani alongside Alia Bhatt, Ranveer Singh, Dharmendra, Jaya Bachchan and Shabana Azami. The film is slate to be released in cinemas on July 28.
