Juvenile among four held for harassing Japanese woman in Delhi

Delhi Police has apprehended three boys, including one juvenile in relation to the Incident of harassment with a Japanese woman, during Holi. 

According to the police, search for the boys was intensified since the video went viral on social media. Notably, a Japanese woman was allegedly harassed, groped and manhandled by a group of boys in Delhi on the pretext of applying colors in Holi.

“The boys seen in the video have been identified after meticulous efforts through field officers and local intelligence. Three boys including one juvenile have been apprehended and enquired. They have confessed/admitted about the incident seen in the video,” Delhi Police said.

The incident took place in Delhi’s Paharganj area and the girl, who was allegedly molested, is in Bangladesh. She has informed Delhi Police that she Is ‘fit in her mind and brain.’
