Animals Don’t Have A Voice: John Abraham Bats For Ammendment In Protection Of Animals Act – WATCH

Bollywood actor John Abraham has requested Prime Minister Narendra Modi to amend the Animal Protection Act via a video message.
Abaraham made a desperate appeal for animal protection across the country and said that animals can’t speak for themselves and its high time we must stand up for them.
“A bird cannot go to court, a horse doesn’t vote, a dog cannot share it’s plight with a journalist. Animals don’t have a voice, but you do. And it’s time for you to speak up today,” he said.

About PCA Bill:
The Animal Protection Bill was passed in 1960 and has not been amended since then. The bill currently provides for a maximum penalty of Rs. 50 for animal cruelty.
