Its time to upgrade our skills: Delhi Capitals opener Prithvi Shaw ahead of RCB vs DC match in IPL 2023

Prithvi Shaw-starrer Delhi Capitals are looking for their maiden win in the 16^th edition of the Indian Premier League as they gear up to take on host Royal Challengers Bangalore, on Saturday evening at Chinnaswamy stadium in Bangalore.

While Capitals’ captain David Warner won the toss and opted to bowl first, prolific batter Prithvi Shaw made an interesting admission ahead of the game.

While speaking to the broadcaster, Prithvi Shaw said that it high time Delhi needs to upgrade their skills.

“Four matches have not gone well, but we have kept things simple. Its time to upgrade our skills. This is a very important game. A win can get you into rhythm, which we are trying to find,” Prithvi Shaw said.

The top-order batter further claimed that there is a disappointment on losing four in a row despite such good players, but players have moved on from the defeats and approaching game against RCB as fresh.

“Have tried different things in these four matches, but nothing has worked out with the bat. So, today I have come in with a blind mindset. Will see the ball and play my natural game,” Shaw concluded.
