Israel Discovers Hamas Tunnel At Gaza Hospital

GAZA: The Israeli military discovered a tunnel shaft used by Hamas in an outdoor area at Al Shifa Hospital, the largest medical facility in Gaza. Israel conducted a raid on the hospital, claiming it was being used as a control center by Hamas.

The Israel Defence Forces (IDF) found significant quantities of weapons, ammunition, and explosives at Al Shifa and another medical facility, Al Quds Hospital, in Gaza.

During the raid, the body of a 65-year-old woman, Yehudit Weiss, who was kidnapped by Hamas on October 7, was found near Al Shifa Hospital. Her husband, Shmuel, was killed during the attack.

?Inside the Al-Quds Hospital, a large amount of weaponry and ammunition were found.

This was all found over the past 24 hours.

Hamas denied using Al Shifa Hospital for military purposes and criticized the Israeli raid. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu stated that there were “strong indications” that some hostages were held by Hamas in Al Shifa Hospital, justifying the decision to enter the hospital.
