Ind vs WI: Virat Kohli Gets Emotional As He Shares Pic With Head Coach Rahul Dravid, “Never Imagined”
Former Indian skipper Virat Kohli got emotional on July 9, Sunday and recalled about the last Test Team India played against the West Indies in Roseau, Dominicia, 12-years-back.
Besides Kohli, head coach Rahul Dravid is the only player from the current camp who was part of that lineup.
Kohli shared a photo with David on Instagram and capped his posted with a special caption.
“The only two guys part of the last test we played at Dominica in 2011. Never imagined the journey would bring us back here in different capacities. Highly grateful,” Kohli wrote. Check out the post here.
Post-WTC Final debacle, Virat Kohli will be in action for the first time as the legend will hope to horn his skills and provide great start to his side to the WTC 2023-25 cycle.
Notably, Team India is the only team to make it to the WTC Final twice, but unfortunately lost on both the occasions.
The two-match Test series will kick start from July 12 in Dominicia.
