IDF Strikes Down Top Hamas Commander in Gaza Air Raids

In a significant development, the Israel Defense Force (IDF) has reported the killing of a top Hamas commander, Bilal al-Qedra, during a series of air raids in Gaza on Saturday night.

Al-Qedra held a key position as the commander of the Nukhba force, Hamas’s elite commando wing, and was notably responsible for the lethal raid on Kibbutz Nirim and Nir Oz in southern Israel.

The IDF also stated that other operatives from both Hamas and the Palestinian Islamic Jihad were eliminated in the operation.
