Russian President Vladimir Putin will not travel India to attend the upcoming G20 summit in India.
As reported by the India Today, Putin risks arrest while travelling abroad after the International Criminal Court (ICC) issued a warrant against him accusing him of war crimes in Ukraine.

Notably, Putin attended the recently concluded BRICS Summit in South Africa by video link. India is currently hosting the G20 Summit and the main event will be held in New Delhi on September 9-10.
The summit is likely to be attended by the heads of state including US President Joe Biden.
A G20 Leaders’ Declaration will be adopted at the conclusion of the New Delhi summit.
