Retirement Alert! England Legend Stuart Broad Confirms Ongoing Ashes Will Be ‘His Last’

One of the greatest ever to grace the game of cricket, England’s Stuart Broad has announced his retirement from the all form of the game. 37-year-old has confirmed that the ongoing fifth Test of the Ashes will be his last game at the international stage.
“It’s been a wonderful ride, I feel privileged to be able to represent England at the highest level,” he said while speaking to the commentators in the sidelines of the fifth Ashes Test. When asked about when he made the decision, Broad said ‘last night.’
Stuart Broad played 167 Test matches and picked 602 wickets and will finish his Test career at an average of 27.67. Meanwhile, he also played 121 ODIs and 56 T20Is for England. He picked 158 wickets in 50-over format game and 65 wickets int the shortest version.
