Delhi Murder: Police Arrests Irfan For Killing Cousin With Iron Rod Over Denial Of Marriage

New Delhi: Hours after a 25-year-old college going girl was found murder in New Delhi’s Malviya Nagar on July 28, Friday, accused, identified as Irfan has been apprehended by the Delhi Police.

Prima facie it appears the accused was infuriated with the denial of marriage by the deceased girl and due to which he took such an extreme step, revealed DCP South District Chandan Chowdhary.

The officer further confirmed that victim completed her graduation this year from Kamla Nagar college and was doing steno coaching from Malviya Nagar area.

Earlier, the dead body of the victim was recovered from Malviya Nagar while blood was oozing from her head. Her head was allegedly smashed by an iron rod.
