Muslim Side Must Admit Historic Mistake: UP CM Yogi Adityanath On Gyanvapi

New Delhi: While the question if Gyanvapi is a Masjid or a Mandir is still in court and Masjid Committee has already challenged the Varanasi district court’s order on a scientific survey of the mosque is pending before the Allahabad High Court, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has said that Muslim society should come forward to admit that ‘a historic mistake’ had happened and propose a solution.
In an interview to ANI news agency, Chief Minister said;
“Mujha lagta hain ki yeh prastav Muslim samaj ki taraf se aana chahye, ki sahab, aitihasik hain aur uss galti ki ke lie ham chahte hain samadhaan ho (I think that a proposal should come from the Muslim society, that a historic mistake has happened and that they want a solution for that mistake).”
