Canadian Singer Shubh Faces Backlash Ahead of Mumbai Concert. Here’s Why

Mumbai: Canada based Punjabi singer Shubh has been receiving lot of flak on social media on internet for his alleged support to Khalistani sentiments.

Notably, Shubh has a scheduled concert in Mumbai, Bengaluru and New Delhi but Bharitya Janata Yuva Morcha has demanded immediate cancellation of concern.

“There is no space for Khalistani who are the enemy of the integrity and unity of India. We won’t allow Canadian singer Shubh to perform in the auspicious land of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, Mumbai. If no proper action is taken, then the organizers will have to face our opposition,” BJYM President Tajinder Singh Tiwana was quoted by Hindustan Times.

Shubh had previously shared a distorted map of India in which states of Punjab and Haryana were blackened.
