Breaking: PM Modi, Russian Prez Vladimir Putin Discuss Wagner Mutiny Over Phone Call – Report

Fresh reports have confirmed that Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Russian President Vladimir Putin on Friday discussed the Wagner mutiny over a telephonic conversation, reported Reuters.

As per report, PM Modi had expressed support to Putin’s ‘decisive actions in handling the mutiny by the Wagner’s mercenary group’ last Saturday.

Notably, the telephonic conversation between two leaders happened less than a week after Russian leadership managed to avert possible military coup by Wagner’s troop – private military army in Russia.
