Sudan: Operation Kaveri is currently underway to bring back Indian citizens stranded in war-torn Sudan. As per reports around 500 Indians have reached Port Sudan while more are on their way.

Meanwhile, ANI has quoted External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar stating that our ships and aircraft are set to bring them back home. “We are committed to assisting all our brethren in Sudan,” Minister said.
