Bihar Ram Navami violence: Fresh explosion reported, locals heard ‘Jai Shree Ram’ chant

Two days after a bomb blast injured six people in Sasaram town of Bihar’s Rohtas district, another explosion was reported in Mochi Tola area of the town early morning on Monday.

The police has informed that they heard an explosion like sound in the morning but cannot confirm if it was a bomb blast or some fire-crackers. Meanwhile, locals in the area claimed that they heard ‘Jai Shree Ram’ chants.

Fresh explosion has been reported after a series of clashes were reported post the Ram Navami procession in a district in Bihar.

A clash broke out between two groups in Sasaram on Friday (March 31) after the Ram Navami procession. The authorities-imposed section 144 of the CrPC in Sasaram city.
