ODI World Cup: Australia Bets Heavy On Allrounders, Names 15-Men Squad

A day after host India announced it’s 15-member squad for the upcoming World Cup, Australia too revealed their squad on Wednesday.
The five-time champions have trusted heavily on seam bowling all-rounders as they have included Mitchell Marsh, Cameron Green, and Marcus Stoinis in the squad.
The Aussies will also enjoy the services of Sean Abbott and skipper Pat Cummins – both specialist pacers but able to contribute with the bat as well lower down the order.
Ashton Agar, Glenn Maxwell and Adam Zampa are the three spinners available for the Australia with Maxwell likely to retain match fitness ahead of the tournament.

World Cup: Cummins, Smith, Marsh yet to recover
Meanwhile, Cummins, Steve Smith and Mitchell Marsh are also nursing injuries but they will be key cog in the World Cup squad.
Pat Cummins-led side will kick start their campaign against host India on October 8.
