Team India will kick start it’s Asia Cup 2023 campaign with a thrilling clash against arch-rivals Pakistan on Saturday. However, weather predictions have indicated thunderstorm and rain at Kandy on Saturday.

Anticipating the weather forecast, Dambulla was earlier suggested as a preferred venue to the Asian Cricket Council but due to some reason Pallekele Stadium was opted for Ind vs Pak clash.
