Alia Bhatt Talks About Hollywood Debut Heart Of Stone

Entertainment: Indian actress who is gearing up to be global sensation Alia Bhatt feels acting in English language is challenging.

Enjoying then success of Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani, Alia recently revealed how acting process across the world is similar but she felt bit weird on the first day on the sets of Heart of Stone.

The Highway actress is set to make a debut in Hollywood with Netflix film Heart of Stone – starring Gal Gadot and Jamie Dornan. Notably, Indian actress plays a villain in a spy thriller. While interacting with Toronto Sun, Alia Bhatt said;

“I have to say on day one, because I am so used to speaking in Hindu, suddenly on day one speaking in English was weird. Even thought I speak in English most of the time, but acting in English suddenly felt a bit strange.”

Alia Bhatt added;

“But apart from that, day one…kind of awkwardness, I really felt that it was the same. The process of a film set world over is exactly the issue,” she added.

Alia starring Heart of Stone starts streaming on August 11 on Netflix.
