After Virat, Rohit And Hardik Clear Yo-Yo Test Ahead Of Asia Cup 2023

After Virat Kohli flaunted his Yo-Yo test score (17.2) on Friday morning ahead of the Asia Cup 2023, fresh reports have confirmed that Rohit Sharma and Hardik Pandy has too passed the mandatory test.

Taking to Instagram story, Virat Kohli dropped his shirtless pic and wrote;

“The happiness of finishing the yo-yo test between the dreaded cones. 17.2 done.”

Meanwhile, fresh reports have hinted that Indian skipper and his deputy has also passed the yo-yo test and will now take part in the preparatory camp ahead of the continental tournament.

Reportedly, players from Friday onwards will participate in an outdoor activity, but those returning from Ireland tour might be put under the Yo-Yo test as they will go through the skill-set segment of the camp.

Players will be examined on various parameters like lipid profile, blood sugar (fasting and PP), uric acid, calcium, Vitamin B12 and D, creatinine, testosterone and Dexa tests etc.

Asia Cup: Team to depart on August 30

Team is expected to depart for Colombo on August 30. India will kick-start it’s Asia Cup campaign on September 2 against arch-rivals Pakistan.
