Shraddha Walkar Murder: Aftaab Poonawala Chopped Body In Toilet, Shraddha’s Father told Delhi Court

New Delhi: Shrddha Walkar’s father has made some chilling revealations in his testimony to the Delhi court in the murder case of his daughter by her boyfriend Aaftab Amin Poonawala – that shocked the entire country.

Shraddha Walkar murder Case: Father’s testimony

Vikas Madan Walkar, Shraddha’s father testified before a Delhi court on Saturday and said that Aaftab Poonawala, upon reaching the nala (drain) behind the Shamshan Ghat Mandir (Cremation Ground Temple) on ‘100 Futa Road’ in Chattarpur Enclave, showed him exact place where he disposed of the body parts.

Notably, the Delhi court was recording the testimonies of witnesses in the sensational murder case. Shraddha Walkar’s father, who was being examined as a prosecution witness by the public prosecutor before Additional Sessions Judge Manisha Khurana Kakkar, testified that Poonawala strangulated his daughter on May 18, 2022.

Shraddha Walkar murder case: Showed where he had cut my daughter

As per reports, Mr. Walkar said that Aaftab cut her body into small pieces for every disposal.

“Poonawala led the police team to the police where he had killed my daughter (the rented house in Chattarpur). He pointed out the place where he had killed my daughter and also the place where he had cut my daughter into pieces, which is the toilet/bathroom,” he was quoted by the Hindustan Times.

Shraddha Walkar murder case: Store body pieces on wooden shelf

Shraddha Walkar’s father disclosed how Aaftab would tell him that he had packed the pieces of the body in trash bags and stored them in a refrigerator in the living room.

When his ‘new girlfriend’ visited the accused, he would remove the trash bags from fridge and store them on a wooden shelf in the kitchen, he testified.

Shraddha Walkar murder case: Refrigerator produced in court

During the court proceedings on Saturday, refrigerator, where the body parts had been allegedly kept and the wooden pieces suspected of having the deceased’s blood stains were produced in the court. Vikas Walkar, Shraddha’s Walkar’s father had identified the evidences.

He also revealed that Poonawala disclosed about having killed his daughter around 6 PM on May 18.

The court has posted the matter for further examination on Monday..
