5 Lashkar Terrorists Held In Jammu And Kashmir; 2 Teror Module Busted

Jammu and Kashmir: Five Lashkar-affiliated terrorists were held in Jammu and Kashmir on September 24, Sunday after the Kulgam police busted two terror modules.

As reported by the India Today, arms and ammunition were also recovered in the operation. Two pistols, three hand grenades, one UGBL and other ammunition have been recovered.

Terrorists have been identified as Adil Hussain, Wani, Suhail Ahmad Dar, Aitmad Ahmad Laway, Mehraj Ahmed Lone and Sabzar Ahmed Khaar.

Terrorists associated with Lashkar-e-Taiba

The terrorists were associated with the terror outfit Lashkar-e-Taiba. An FIR has been registered at the Qaimoh police station and an investigation is underway in the case.

The arrest were made during a joint operation with the 26 Assam Rifles and the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF).
